CHC30113 Certificate III in Early Childhood Education & Care

This Certificate IIIqualification reflects the role of educators in a range of early childhood education settings who work within the requirements of the Education and Care Services National Regulations and the National Quality Standard. They support the implementation of an approved learning framework, and support children’s wellbeing, learning and development. Depending on the setting, educators may work under direct supervision or autonomously.

All students are offered regular phone, email or face to face support in this qualification by an allocatedTrainer. All CTCA trainers are all qualified in early childhood education and have at least 5 years' experience.

COURSE STRUCTURE

Duration: Up to 12 months

Work Placement: 120 hours minimum

Units: 15 Core – 3 Electives

Requirements of Application: Must complete a Language – Literacy – Numeracy – Oral Test

Must be physically able to conduct play activities with children, cleaning tasks, care or children

CHC50113 Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care

TheDiploma in Early Childhood Education and Care allows students to gain employment in the Early Childhood industry. This qualification covers educators in children’s services who are responsible for planning, implementing and managing programs in early childhood services, in accordance with licensing, accreditation and duty of care requirements. Throughout the qualification, students undertake work placements to gain industry experience required to work at this level.
